How to get rid of stoppage of the shrink wrapping machine
1.Conveyor line not run
1). Check the main breaker QF1
2). Open the up plate of the electric cabinet to check the breaker QF2 to confirm QF1 damage or not.
3). Check the run switch S2, contactor KM2, check overload relayOL1 to confirm whether the forward part damage or not.
2.No heating fan
1). Open the up plate of the electric cabinet, check the switch S1, S2 and contactor KM1 working or not.
2). Check if the film stem air outlet.
3). Check if the fan motor work regularly .
4). Check the flabellum of the fan on the principal axis or not.
3.No quantity of heat
1). Check the thermocouple working or not
2). Check the fan and conveyor line working or not
3). Check the temperature controller damage or not
4). Check the heating bar burnout or not
