Ausense explain the LA460E cutting sealer parameters setting:

1.Sealing time: Different sealing time according to different thickness POF film. Generally,
setting 0.2s.
2.Delay sealing time:0.6-0.8s, generally, LA460E don’t adjust the delay time. It is related
to film-pulling structure speed.To make products stable.
3.Delay film-pulling time: this parameter is mainly use for collective packing, not setting
when pack independent product.
4.Delay stop time of feeding film: it mean the time after the package leave the
photoelectric.If the knife cutting the package, you need adjust this time.
5.Output package delay time:it mean the back conveyor line run time. Generally, don’t
adjust it.
6.Feed film in advance: if the products is higher, you need add this parameter, otherwise,
the film will be too tight, will be damage when shrinking.

The order when setting parameters:
Horizontal photoelectric as standard, setting output package delay time;
After package leave the photoelectric, feed film delay stop;
Conveyor belt stop, setting delay sealing time;
Cutting knife working, setting sealing time;
Cutting knife up,feed film in advance;
It will be easier if you set the parameters according to the parameters order.
