How to use shrink wrapping machine

1.Touch the switch button on the control panel.Shrink wrapping machine light on.
2.Open the heating switch,adjust the temperature control button.Setting different temperature according to different film thickness.
3.Adjust the conveyor speed,middle speed is ok
4.After the front steps,let the machine working 5-10minutes.Then,open the internal heating button on the control panel.The machine can working genarally.
5.When shrinking,if there has two much wrinkles because of low shrinking temperature and quick conveyor speed.
6.If the film is damage because the temperature is too high and conveyor speed is too slowly.
7.After packed,first close the heating switch and decerese the temperature degree.Let the conveyor motor and fan motor run about 10minutes.Finally close the power.It will improve the useful lifetime of the shrink wrapping machine.
