Shrinking temperature,conveyor speed, film thickness, film material will affect the shrink packaging performance.Every time after finished the machine, we need test the machine for long time.

1.Shrink film material.Better quality film material has equal stretch level between horizontal and vertical direction.
2.Sealing part.Generally, before shrinking, the products need to pack by cutting and sealing machine.The sealing width is 1mm is better.
3.Make up the film out of the products. After cut and seal the products, it will be better if make up the film before it into the shrink tunnel.
