There has two kinds shrink wrapper. One is PE film shrink wrapping machine, other one is POF,PVC film shrink tunnel machine. Generally, the larger the package is , the worse shrink packing performance is. Why ? Let's YUPACK explain it.

1.Lower temperature. Every film has it's own shrinking temperature.Much more suitable temperature will decide the shrinking performance.

2.Conveyor speed.If temeperature is no problem. Just need to adjust the conveyor speed. If so quickly, the shrink performance will be not good. But if slow,the film will be damaged.

3.Fan direction.The fan direction will decide the package surface heating area.Especially for sleeve shrink wrapping machine.

In conclusion,shrink packing performance is depend on these three actors.
