According to many clients opinions of shrink wrapping machine.All of the technicians and workers in YUPACK think that there are three malfunctions of shrink wrapping machine as following:

1.Temperature is lower and can not arrive to 160 degree.
The circuit of heater is mainly power line through magnet switch to heating tube. So, we need to check the magnet switch connect first.If not connect well,temperature will be lower.If all connect is normal,please check the electricity meter, to check all phases is same as ohm number.If no problem, it's maybe short circuit.If still not well,you need to change the heater.

2.When the machine working,the film is excursion.
If occur this problem, please adjust the position of film roll and tension balancing pole. If it is still not going well,please adjust the up set square.

3.If pack more than 6 products together,phote eye can not test the products,the cutting knife will cut the package, how to adjust ?
When occur this problem, please adjust the horizontal photo eye.
