Shrink wrapping machine effeciency is depend on the conveyor speed.Except this factor,there has other factors as following:

1.Shrink film thickness:thicker film will need higher temperature,slower conveyor speed. Otherwise, the conveyor speed will be quick.

2.The weight and size of the products:in order to guarantee the shrinking performance,bigger products will need large tunnel size,conveyor speed will be slower.

3.The quatity of shrink tunnel:different factory will offer different quality shrink machine,so, the quality is also affect the shrink efficiency.

For example,shrink tunnel speed is 15m/min,products length is 1m,one minute will pack 15pcs.Actually, per minute just pack about 10pcs.
